These will cut through chicken bones without hesitation. They’re sharp, tough, and easy to handle. Not so expensive that you’re worried about messing them up. Will they last forever, probably not. Can you take them apart for cleaning, also no. Are they super pretty, again no. But for the price they do what I need them to do and they aren’t cheap or flimsy. 5-stars within the category they’re meant to fill.
